CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES
The following services are available to all of our customers:
CALLER ID CALLER ID lets you see the calling party's phone number before answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your phone is required to allow you to view the calling number.
CALLER
ID BLOCKING Allows customer to block number from being sent to the party being called.
SELECTIVE
CALL REJECTION SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION allows you to create a list of phone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. Calls from phone numbers on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.
CALLING NAME DELIVERY CALLING NAME DELIVERY lets you see the calling party's name before answering a call. A special display device located on or next to your phone is required to allow you to view the calling name.
SELECTIVE
CALL FORWARDING SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING allows you to create a list of phone numbers that are to be forwarded when they call you. When you activate this service, and a call arrives from a phone number that is on your list, the call is forwarded. All other calls will ring your phone in the normal fashion.
AUTOMATIC
RECALL AUTOMATIC RECALL allows you to dial a code and have a call automatically returned to the last party who called or attempted to call you.
DISTINCTIVE
RINGING DISTINCTIVE RINGING allows you to program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of phone numbers. Your phone will ring with a normal ringing pattern for all other calling numbers. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone whenever someone on your list calls you while you are on the phone.
AUTOMATIC
CALLBACK AUTOMATIC CALLBACK allows you to dial a code to have your phone continuously attempt to redial a busy number that you tried to call. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing, and a call will automatically be made. You can also use Repeat Dialing to redial the last number you called.
CUSTOMER
ORIGINATED TRACE CUSTOMER ORIGINATED TRACE allows you to automatically request a trace of an obscene, threatening or harassing call. After receiving such a call, you simply dial a special code to have the calling party's phone number printed at the Telephone Company.
CALL WAITING Allows you to answer a second call when you're already on the phone. Prevents missed calls.
CANCEL
CALL WAITING Lets you turn off Call Waiting on important calls when you don't wish to be interrupted.
CALL FORWARDING Redirects your calls to another phone number. Eliminates waiting for important calls.
THREE-WAY CALLING Lets you set up three-way conference calls. Saves time and lets you bring your friends and family together.
SELECTIVE
CALL ACCEPTANCE
SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE allows you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of phone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from phone numbers not contained on your list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.
ANONYMOUS
CALL REJECTION Allows customers to automatically reject calls that have been marked private by the calling party.
SPEED DIALING Allows fast, accurate dialing. You can call selected phone numbers quickly by dialing a short code.
DO
NOT DISTURB Allows customer to block incoming calls. caller who have your personal identification number may override the do not disturb feature.
TEEN SERVICE Allows customers to designate incoming calls for their teens with a distinctive ring or beep.
WARM LINE Allows customer to select a number that will automatically be dialed when they pick up the receiver.
